The Nikon Z6 will ship this Friday, November 16

If you’ve been eagerly waiting to get your hands on a the new FX-format mirrorless camera: Nikon Z6, you can rejoice! The Z6 finally has a shipping date.

“Manufacturer will start shipping this item on 11/16/2018. Orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis. We do not charge your card until we actually ship the item to you,” according to Adorama.

The “Pre-order” section for the Z6 now has a note that shows the shipping date and availability. So, it’s a slight reassurance if you have pre-ordered the camera. Shipments will be heading to US markets before the Japanese markets — which are set to ship a week later on November 23rd.

The Nikon Z6 and its big brother, the Z7, are Nikon’s first stabs at make a full-frame mirrorless system. The Z7 proved to be a solid camera that shoot great-looking video. While the Z6 may not be as advanced as its brother, there still seems to be a lot there.
