The Canon RF70-200mm F4 L IS USM lens is designed for both advanced amateur and professional photographers. According to Canon, the lens is compact and lightweight. It’s also the shortest Canon lens, measuring out to be a 70-200mm F4 zoom lens.

“This RF lens is approximately 32 percent shorter and 11 percent lighter than its EF counterpart with a large portion of the lens element arrangement closer to the camera body,” Canon claims. “This arrangement is designed to provide photographers with a more balanced feel and experience even at the zoom range’s telephoto end.”

Inside, the RF70-200mm F4 L IS USM lens, it features two independent Nano USM motors. These motors boots the lens’ autofocus speed when shooting still images. Additionally, the mothers should stay fairly quiet when shooting video.
