We’ve been tackling storage issues and archiving methods this month; to Keep the vidcasts around we’ve started printing the master video files back to tape. Why? Well the eight to 9 GB files don’t quite make it onto Dual Layer DVD discs, Blu-ray and HD-DVD burners are still a bit pricey, and heck, Mini DV is pretty inexpensive.
