Tritton releases USB dual monitor technology

VISTA, Calif., March 14, 2006 TRITTON Technologies, a provider of networking, storage, and PC peripheral products for consumers and SMBs, today announced its latest SEE2 USB 2.0 to SVGA adapter, which now supports resolutions up to 1280 x 1024. Desktop and notebook users can now instantly connect an additional monitor, LCD or projector for extended viewing without having to install a specialized dual output video card. The SEE2 is available now with as MSRP of $99.99.

The affordable SEE2 TRI-UV100 quickly enhances productivity by extending desktop applications and windows across two screens, while maintaining display continuity. Users can now view multiple windows, drag windows between the two, and multi-task without overlapping windows confined to one screen. The SEE2 improves business workflow, graphics, video, and photo editing, desktop publishing and design, email, financial applications, and Web surfing. SEE2 can be added to existing computers that are already supporting two monitors to add a third. Additionally the SEE2 can be used to mirror the primary monitor as well.

The SEE2 supports resolutions at 1280 x 1024, 1280 x 768 (8, 16 bits), 1024 x 768 (8,16, 32 bits), 800 x 600 (8, 16, 32 bits), and 640 x 480 (8, 16, 32 bits).

The SEE2 is compatible with Windows 2000/XP systems with an available USB 2.0 port.
