SAN MATEO, Calif and NEW YORK, NY. February 14, 2006 YouTube, a consumer media company for people to watch and share original videos through a Web experience, has partnered with Matador Records to feature an exclusive "Make Our Video" contest for users. YouTube users, through this promotion, are offered the MP3 "Nocturnal House" from the bands upcoming album Elan Vital to create an original music video for the band Pretty Girls Make Graves. The user will then have a chance to win $1,000 in cash and an all expenses paid trip to New York to hang with the band and to see Pretty Girls live in concert. The deadline for submissions is April 1, 2006.
