ACD VideoMagic with DivX Pro includes advanced video encoding features offered by DivX Pro to enable the creation of high quality DivX videos that are easy to share via email, Internet, or CD-ROM. The new product will be co-marketed on both companies’ websites.

ACD VideoMagic with DivX Pro makes it fast and easy for consumers to create high quality DivX music videos by automatically combining video clips of vacations, birthdays, weddings, sporting events and weekend fun with one or more music tracks. The new product brings the fun of video creation to mainstream users as it automatically analyzes video content for color, texture, motion and human faces, and then analyzes audio tracks for tempo, rhythm and emotional index. Motion and scene transitions are matched to the soundtrack’s beat in one of over 20 video styles chosen by the user.
