Pro DV will begin shipping immediately. A complete, native DV non-linear
editing solution, Pyro ProDV features digital video capture, editing, 2-D
and 3-D modeling, animation and video overlay effects, titling, and custom
music creation at the suggested retail price of $499.
Pyro Pro DV is a complete digital video editing system, which includes Pyro
1394 PCI three-port host card for 400 Mbit/sec data throughput for lossless,
broadcast-quality digital video. Pyro Pro DV features a content-creation
software suite that rivals high-end DV solutions currently available on the
market. Pyro Pro DV includes: Ulead MediaStudio Pro 6.0 (full-version),
Cool 3D, Hash Animation Master 2000, Sound Forge XP 4.5, Sonic Foundry ACID
Style 2.0, Boris FX Ltd., Pixelan Software’s SpiceMaster Lite, and DV Suite.
