MSI has announced new business and productivity laptops for their Summit, Prestige and Modern Series. The new computer models feature 12th Gen Intel Core processors.
Summit
The Summit Series has been MSI’s top-of-the-line business and productivity laptop since 2019. The Summit E13 Flip Evo, Summit E14 Flip Evo, and Summit E16 Flip have 13.4-inch, 14-inch and 16-inch screens. The laptops also have touchscreens with a 360-degree flip so that you can use them as tablets. In addition, the Summit E16 Flip has an NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPU to boost its performance.
Security
The Summit Series has several security features, and Tobii Aware protects the display. This feature automatically locks the laptop if the user is not nearby. It can also blur the screen to keep your data hidden. In addition, there are securities such as webcam and port locks, discrete TPM support, fingerprint or IR webcam and webcam status notification. If you misplace your Summit laptop, you can use the free Tile app to activate and locate your computer nearby or far away.
Prestige
MSI says aesthetics drives the Prestige Series’ design. The new MSI laptops are available with 14-inch and 15.6-inch screens. They also have a thin and light chassis design for portability with better thermals. In addition, the Prestige series offer lossless music with hi-res audio combined with DTS Audio Processing. This means you get a higher-quality listening experience from higher bitrate encoding. For the GPU, you can choose between an NVIDIA GeForce RTX Graphics or Intel Evo option.
Modern
MSI has designed the Modern Series with fashionable designs and Classic Black and Urban Silver chassis. The new models are also available with a 15.6-inch or 14-inch screen. In addition, a thin bezel offers a higher screen ratio. Other features include a 180-degree flip screen and an enlarged touchpad for better scrolling. The Modern Series also has a full-size keyboard, which means you can access a full set of shortcuts.
