Wondershare released the highly anticipated Filmora X, which adds significant upgrades to the software. It now features new advanced animation and editing features.
Some of the new features include motion tracking and keyframing. Also, according to Wondershare, Filmora X won’t demand a high learning curve. It has an easier to use interface and features a drag-and-drop function, simplifying the entire process. “Whether you’re a YouTube creator, a small-business owner, or just making great videos for your friends and family, the all new Wondershare Filmora X will change the way creators interact with video editing,” said Tobee Wu, CEO of Wondershare.
New Filmora X features
Retaining all the features Filmora9 had to offer, Filmora X has a few new features and tools that’ll make the entire video editing experience easier.
Motion tracking
You can now utilize motion tracking right from Filmora X’s main interface. The feature will allow you to track moving objects within your scene. This feature will help both beginners and intermediate editors. It’ll provide an easier way to track objects as well as speed out the editing workflow.
Keyframing
The keyframing experience has been updated. Now you can apply presets in just one click. Essentially, this makes the keyframing experience easier and makes it possible to animate freely. Editable pre-sets are what make keyframing in the program easier.
Color matching
Now, you can apply color correction settings to multiple clips at once. The software can take color settings from one clip and then apply the settings to a batch of clips.
Audio ducking
With a single click, you’ll be able to face one audio track into another in Filmora X. You can also fade your music so the dialogue can stand out.
Dark/light skin UI switch
Depending on the time of day, Filmora X’s UI can be set to either light or dark mode.
Keyboard shortcut customization
You can utilize customizable keyboard shortcuts, allowing you to edit faster.
Mac touch-bar support
Touch-bar support creates a faster way to preview your timeline.
