Capture One has released a new remote collaboration add-on called Capture One Live. Capture One Live aims to make remote collaboration faster and easier, in real time and after your shoot.
What is Capture One?
Capture One is a powerful RAW image converter with true-to-life color processing. Capture One customized the software for over 500 camera profiles. This means you will get accurate colors as soon as you import your images. It also reduces the time you need to spend color correcting so you can focus on creativity.
Real-time image sharing
Capture One Live allows you to instantly share the images from your photoshoots in real-time over the internet. You can also collaborate with clients and team members around the world. The software is available from both Catalogs and Sessions within Capture One.
Password protection
To use Capture One Live, you click the icon in the Capture One toolbar and chose what you want to share. In addition, there is an option to set a password for additional security. You then click the Start Sharing button to create your live session. This will generate a link that you can copy and share with your collaborators or clients. Capture One Live sessions last for seven days unless you choose to end them earlier.

Browser view
Anyone can paste the link to the session into their web browser, and Capture One Live will load. The collaborator will then see a browser view of the active collection of images along with the file name of each photo. It will also show the color tag or star rating for each image. Clicking on a photo will enlarge it to a full-screen view.
Star rating
A collaborator can amend an image’s color tag or star rating via the browser view. Changes made by photographer and collaborators are instantly updated for anyone taking part in the Capture One Live session. You can also use filters to select which images you want to view.
Pricing and availability
Capture One Live is available as an add-on subscription for $10 per month.
