G-Technology is sponsoring the creative video contest called "Driven Creativity" for amateur and pro video producers in such categories as Animation, Music, Photography, Short Film and GoPro Active.
This video contest is free to anyone and entries will be accepted through October 29, 2013. An overall winner will receive the $5,000 grand prize and a new G-Technology G-Dock ev with Thunderbolt storage system. The individual category winners and runners up of the "Driven Creativity" video contest will win G-Technology high-performance premium external storage drives.
Individual categories will have a professional and amateur winner as well as a runner up in each. The GoPro Active video contest category will have one winner and one runner up for video producers supplying video that is captured on a wearable or mounted camera.

The overall winner for the G-Technology "Driven Creativity" video contest will be announced on November 15, 2013 and the short-listed finalists will be announced on November 8th. Judges are picked from the creative field and will offer tips on the G-Technology site on what they will be looking for and what projects inspire their choices.
