Canon VIXIA Mini Compact Personal Camcorder

The new VIXIA mini compact personal camcorder features an ultra wide-angle lens (Canon f/2.8 fisheye lens), full HD video, 2.7-inch capacitive-tilt touch panel LCD display and slim ultra-compact body with built-in stand, and built-in Wi-Fi.

The Canon VIXIA Mini has a 12.8 megapixel high sensitivity CMOS image sensor allowing shooters to capture and record full HD video in MP4 format as well as jpeg still images to a removable micro SD card. Users can toggle between two shooting modes, Wide Mode for a full view of surroundings and a Close-up Mode to record a centered 1920×1440 resolution image. The VIXIA Mini also records high-quality audio thanks to its built-in stereo microphone.

The built-in wireless technology allows users to share their video and photos to social networking sites like YouTube and Facebook, or they can be sent directly to their PC. A Live Streaming feature allows users to view, record and control the camcorder from remote locations on their iOS or Android device when they download the free Canon CameraAccess2 App.
