Technicolor announced the latest version of Color Assist, a video color correction and grading software package. Key improvements of version 1.5 include compatibility with Adobe After Effects and support AVCHD video and still images.
Color Assist 1.5 includes important workflow enhancements such as improved bin and browser navigation, and workspace customization. You will have access to non-destructive studio quality color effects and color corrections tools with render free playback. Color Assist has 25 looks designed by Technicolor Colorist for quick grading, scopes to monitor color information, dual monitor support for full screen playback, supports SD, HD, 2K (version 1.5 will support AVCHD) and among other features. Additional Color Assist Looks packages can be purchased for $19 and include 10 custom-created Looks per package.
