A Fair(y) Use Tale

What happens when videos of great magnitude come along? Nowadays they are shown, distributed and lauded in the course of a day. This is the case with a breakthrough video by Professor Eric Faden of Bucknell University, whose mashup video uses Disney characters to define the term Fair Use. As copyright laws go, Fair Use wins the award for Most Murky. Watch "A Fair(y) Use Tale", streaming here. "A Fair(y) Use Tail" seems to shed light on free-speech issues that've plagued documentary videographers and filmmakers for some time. It may turn into a great litmus test.
