CyberLink PowerProducer 3 features alpha blending DVD templates, a technique to overlay two videos with the top video being completely or partially translucent so that the second layer is visible. PowerProducer 3 takes full advantage of this technique to design the menu background, thumbnail and the video frame creating a stylish DVD menu effect.
Furthermore, CyberLink PowerProducer features the latest video technologies: Smart Fit and MPEG@Best — to offer an automated approach for calculating video compression quality and optimizing CPU performance during real-time capturing. These features totally eliminate the need for manual adjustments to speed up the authoring and burning process. CyberLink has also improved its Smart Video Rendering Technology (SVRT) with Dolby Digital audio coding support.
