Freecom Announces New Drives

Featured will be:

  • The Classic Hard Drive – low noise external USB-2 hard drive with capacities of 80GB, 120GB, 160GB.
  • Classic HDD SL – external USB-2 hard drive in a slim-line design with a capacity of 40GB.
  • FHD-XS 1.8″ HDD – One of the world’s smallest bus powered external USB 2 hard drives with integrated USB-2.0 cable and a capacity of 40GB.
  • FS-50 Multi – Super DVD Drive – 4x DVD+/-R/RW USB 2.0 Bus-powered external drive. Slimline (notebook size drive) includes an integrated battery pack!

    The recently launched 2.5″ FHD-2 PRO is also available. It is a fast, quiet, external hard disk with one button data synchronization. The new drive can be purchased with memory capacities of 20, 40 or 80 gigabytes – offering ample reserves to access even the largest volumes of data when on the go, such as videos, photos, presentations or MP3 tracks.

    A two-year manufacturers warranty, unlimited helpdesk support is included. The products also arrive with complete Freecom information, including the operating system and any applications so the drive can be easily and quickly restored. Both drives are well protected by robust, scratchproof aluminum housing.
