Javu Technologies, Inc., has won a Webby for its filmmakers’ community
site, VideoFarm.com. The Webby Awards are presented by the
International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences and are the preeminent
honors for Web sites. They have been hailed as the “Oscars of the Internet”
by worldwide media. Tiffany Shlain, founder and director of The Webby
Awards, says the winners: “represent the best of the best in a medium that
knows no boundaries. VideoFarm.com won the broadband award, given to:
“Sites that fully integrate bandwidth-intensive, interactive content. This
