Also how would you guys say the
Canon VIXIA HF G20 or G30 compares to these cameras?July 3, 2015 at 9:12 PM in reply to: Best camcorder with super-fast focus, low light $1000-$1500? #212536
Thanks so much for your replies.
The AX100 here is $2260. I paid $1130 for the AX33. So it's almost double the price :(. Not sure why there's a huge price difference but is it really worth paying over $2000 for this camera? I am happy with the auto focus speed on the AX33 but isn't there a camera that performs better in low light and has better color?July 1, 2015 at 9:22 AM in reply to: Best camcorder with super-fast focus, low light $1000-$1500? #212526
Hi, I have a lot of projects I'm working on that require constant back and forth on the camera and I felt frustrated with my cheap Canon HF R500. I did go out and try AX33. I really felt the auto-focus was good enough for me. So anything similar or better works. I didn't enjoy it's lowlight performance that much. I also felt the lens is not wide enough for me when filming in confined spaces.
I don't want a DSLR because of the low battery. I need at least 1-1.5 hour minimum of recording time.
There's not many stores in my area and the one I went to were no help at all and we don't have a proper camcorder store here except for Best Buy which don't help at all.June 28, 2015 at 4:59 PM in reply to: Camcorder or DSLR for my specific needs. Recommendations please? #212514
This is perfect advice and just what I was looking for as well.
I have one question,
How fast is the auto focus on the gh3? I am looking for one with the fastest auto focus. Thank you so much
Hi, I'm also looking for a camera with endless recording time and excellent quality and WOW! Those look amazing! Which lens are those videos using?
