Thanks for replying Jordan, its much appreciated.
It arrived on Friday, but havn't had time to play with it because of work.
I'll send everyone my feed back once I've had a play and will also do a few videos to let people see the results……
Thanks Robvile, Thats pure genius… I'll have a look into it, but thanks very much….
Well I tried it and it was a false lead someone gave me….. It didn't work so any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for the replies, but I think I might have found the answer in the form of Magic Lantern software. However, I'll try it later on today and let you know how I go…….
One other thing….. Can I connect an HDMI lead to a monitor and a AV cable to another monitor so they are viewable at the same time….?
Thanks for the info, but I'm after the setting to burn to DVD.
for instance, do I render it in HDV, AVCHD, BLUE RAY? Etc etc….. Plus do I burn in to DVD, Dual layer DVD or Blue ray disk?
It was a lot simpler in the SD days lol…..
As I mentioned I'm working in Sony Vegas 12 and the film is about 15mins long in full HD.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
After reading what everyone has said and doing a bit of research, I have decided to give that computer a miss and save a little bit more to buy an 8 core with a 2Gb graphics card amongst other things.
Cheers for everyones advice.
Cheers guys, it’s got to be faster than my old P4 computers? Anyway I’m going round later to have a look and I’ll keep all your points in mind before parting with my cash. I know the power supply is 650 so I would have thought that would be ok and I was planning add more more ram and change the graphics card anyway. At present I think it only has one drive but it’s 1tb but I suppose I could add more as I go.
Thanks very much for your advice and it’s much appreciated, I’ll let you know how I go.
As far as I know ML will defo void your warranty. I installed it and it looked fantastic, but the problem I had was that when I tried to film, my canon 600d/t3i would stop recording after about 3 seconds, so I bottled it and uninstalled it and my camera worked fine again.
Personally I’ll just work without it for now, until I work out how to get past the problem.
I just float around the net and pick stuff up from various sources. For software like After Effects I would say Video Copilot. But there are loads of websites doing tutorials on a wide range of software.
I would rather see something in action, than read about it.
Erm…… What he said lol.
As Always, Cheers for the info guys.
I have just bought one off Ebay for my Canon 600D, so it should be with me by Thursday…… I’ll let you know how it goes.
As far as the video goes Tim, the quality of the shot looks really good for such a cheap lens.
I tried installing Magic Lantern, but it wouldn’t install for some reason. However, I’ll give it another go when I get time.
Cheers again for answering my question guys.
There’s nothing specifically to edit a drawing with in Vegas.
However, as someone has already mentioned.
If you want to edit photos then you are better off using photoshop.
That is amazing,,,,,,,
Greg, I wasn’t offended in the least.
But it wasn’t really a critisium, it was mypersonal thing….. I like Dialogue.
Thanks for replying though.
