I use Pro Prompter on IPAD and it works great! and yes you can adjust the speed…
Take a look at the Blackmagic design Atem Switchers… they offer great flexibility at a good price.
i have these products and they work great. yes you probably need converters to connect your cam`s to it but you would still be ending up spending less money
as Mike said,
it would help to know the model of your Mackie soundboard…
is this the same sound board as what the preacher is connected to??? if it is, you will probably be stuck with a line level output as it is probably directly connected to the speakers…
if you are using your own soundboard then…
you need to know if you camera will accept a “line” level signal or only a “mic” level signal. usually a switch on the camera near the xlr inputs
second, you need to know if the Mackie can output a “mic” level out some of them do I have three different models that have that capability (usually a small push button switch near XLR outputs).
give us the model number and what is connected to it and then we will be able to help you.
i would recommend using the Blackmagic design television studio switcher (995$). it has everything you need and will do exactly what you are looking for!
have a look at it and look at all the videos about it on youtube
I use my Amazon S3 account and stream the video through a password protected section of my website. that way I control every aspect of it. and its really not expensive

have a look at Roxio Toast (Roxio.com) it does it just about automatically…
I would definitely go with the highest quality (1080) and since you are looking for a cinematic look…. 24fps since this is what is used in cinemas…
Then the question becomes Interlaced (I) or Progressive (P)
I looked into this recently (for streaming video) and found this article….
also, I typed “Interlace vs Progressive” in google and found good articles that you should read…
so based on your available formats you only have 1080/24P as choices…
now FX or FH
I would go with the FX (1080/24P FX(24Mbps) because its a higher Quality…
Good luck with your new endeavor!

I have also seen disk that fail to play properly because a label was placed on the disk and cause severe vibration. as a protection the dvd readers stop when dvd’s cause to much vibration… not saying its the case but something to look at…
i must say that I have good success with Taiyo-Yuden (burned over 4000 dvd’s and got 5 bad ones…
I print the image on all my (water-shield) dvd’s instead of putting a label
try this “Smith-Victor 575 – Universal to Shoe Mount Adapter” sold at B&H Photo
and this “Impact Wall Plate with 5/8″ Baby Swivel” also sold at B&H photo.
keep in mind that you MUST somehow SECURE the lights to the ceiling in case the hold down brakes away…
lights stands might be a better choice for you!
I use Roxio Toast… works great !

Have a look at the B&H website they have all types of brakets/holders
