Have you tried rycote undercovers? You can stick the mic anywhere. I'd recommend having them wear a hat or visor, sticking it underneath the bill and running through the hat (taped) and down the back (secure with more tape) into the transmitter

I feel like we should have some sticky posts with threads like these so that people stop asking the same questions. Each sticky could be updated and filled with links to VM articles and previous threads, what do you think?

You could try a suction cup mount then stabilize the footage in post. That's the only way I can think to do it for $75

I would love some slow motion options as well. Maybe they'll add some to the firmware in the future πŸ˜€

Gotta love magic lantern. Has anyone actually tried this out though? Seems like you need a super expensive CF card to make it work?

That might be the closest thing! ^^^

Unless you wait a year a two. Seems like slow motion stuff is trickling down in price to the consumer level the longer we wait

What type of lenses are you using on the Canon SX40hs? Does it shoot that slow motion in camera?

GoPro Black Edition just got a much needed update that fixed all the glitching and freezing issues. It even added some new features which are pretty sweet. I'd go for it if I had the $$$
