The same issue arose once DTP become accessible to the masses. Now everyone is an editor/publisher, regardless of their experience level or ability. It practically wrecked layout and editing for the learned professional.

Ah, lass. Unfortunately, they’re a bunch of tight-fisted Scottsmen and do not want to spend the money on studio time. They’d rather attempt it themselves first, to see what kind of sound/video quality they can get first, and then post it toour website.Trust me, most of the money goes to uniforms, pipes and travel (not to mention the ocassional wee dram of Scotch).

All production companies wishing to film on any federally-owned, military installation must first contact the Department of Defense. All scripts must be approved by the Department of Defense before any production can take place.

For information regarding U.S. military assistance in producing feature motion pictures, television shows, documentaries, music videos, commercial advertisements, CD-ROM games, and other audiovisual programs, you need tocontact the Military Service being portrayed or being asked to provide assistance:

Another consideration is the individual atheltic video, to be used for recruiting. More than a few talented players need a highlight video of their playing career sent on to colleges in order to snag scholarships. That’s another angle to consider in shooting sports highlights.

Grant writing would seem to be the way to go…It’s just a matter of marrying up the right organizations to fund your film.

According to Videomaker’s review of Studio 12, “However, Studio still has only two tracks for video – the main track and the overlay track – which you would use for titles or the video for layering picture-in-picture scenes, for example. But you can now layer more video through the Montage features…”

You may want to consider doing a spellcheck on your website. No one will takea website serious, if it doesn’t appear thatyour willing to take the time to make it the best you can. Remember, there’sonly oneopportunity to make a good. first impression
