Signal control

As 8K emerges more into the market and 4K/UltraHD workflows continue to be the standard, the KUMO 3232-12G looks to support powerful signal control. KUMO 12G-SDI routers offer single-link cable simplicity for 4K/UltraHD. The routers can be configured for ganged dual-link or quad-link grouping. That means users can group together multiple inputs and outputs for 8K workflows.

Salvo support

The KUMO 3232-12G supports salvos and that should make it easier to switch operations by recalling multiple sources to specific destinations. Salvos are stored in a KUMO router. They can be recalled through the KUMO router’s Web UI, GVG Native Protocol over Ethernet, RS-232, and/or the AJA KUMO CP2 Salvos buttons.

Eight Salvos can be configured and stored in each KUMO router.
