I am currently working on a project that involves creating a stadium loop with people cheering.
I was able to find one that i could use in 123RF since they have an option for Electronic Only License, which means that i can sell the result to my client.
But i need parts of other videos to include on this one to complete it and make the final result, like including more people cheering or flags or lights that i was planning to grab from other videos.
The question is, can i use those small parts of other videos? i cant afford to pay for all of them, i will edit them as much as possible

Read the copyright law: you can’t use the work of someone else if you intend to sell the final product. The “fair use” clause specifically excludes use-for-sale, not even “small parts.”
