Filmmaking Desk Organisation Product Design

Hi there,
For my Design and Technology coursework I am looking to create a desk organisation product for filmmakers and techies! I was wondering if some of you could post below as to what issues you guys have with organising your desk, what products you need organising (cards, documents, phones, earphones, etc etc) and how large you would want the product to be.
