Elmedia Hue Control

Does anyone know of any video editing software/ plug-in which has a color editing control like the Hue control in Elmedia Player (upgrade version 6.9.1 (1164))? This is a single slider which produces dramatic colour changes in a way that the more subtle ‘traditional’ controls in iMovie and Filmora (the editing software I have used so far) do not. This is ideal for my current project–abstract art videos based on natural processes like waterfalls, waving trees etc for which I do not want a realistic or particular cinematic look, but a more painterly abstract look.
