      Hi hello

I’ve been using fusion as a hobby because of money issues and the adobe cloud can sometimes be a little bit expensive

I do really miss AE because some things in fusion are too complicated to do and viceversa

But fusion trackers are not really top notch But for a free software it gives you enough to work around it

What’s your opinion on both Should I just stick with one and be really good at it or it really doesn’t matter

I would like to do short vfx videos with frienda like corridor digital (they use AE so I learned from them) and maybe use that for a showreel In the future.

Thank you very much Have an awesome week

I think AE is the industry standard. But free is free and if that is all you can afford I think you answered your own question. If you want to get a job at a studio you need to learn AE. If you are doing stuff on your own it doesn’t matter what you use as long as it works.
