I am going to be producing some educational clips of people demonstrating various skills, such as jiu jitsu techniques, that end users will view on their phones. There will be no sound. The videographer will need to walk around the subjects while filming to show the techniques from various angles.

Will my Galaxy 10 phone with an Evo Shift 3 gimble give me an adequate quality? Or do I need a dedicated camera?

What is an adequate lighting setup? The videographer won’t be walking all the way around the subjects. Probably a 90 degree arc at most.

What is the best format for recording videos that will viewed on a phone app?
