You have a miniDV camera there. I’d suggest using the DV-NTSC or DV-PAL setting, depending on your location or how you have it set up to record. I seem to recall a setting for Sony Firewire in the FCP settings, so you may need to customize that slightly if the generic DV-XXX setting doesn’t work.
