Yes it is possible to achieve a greenscreen rendition of this. You create a 3D square room and then key him in and voila. With software nowadays it can be hard to tell whats CGI and whats real. I would guess this is in a studio where they can easily switch out panels and backgrounds to make this effect along with lighting and paint to change color. It may not seem practical to those of us without the money but when you got the funds and the time, why not paint? If y'all want to recreate this you can put up a full body green screen and use Adobe Dimension to make the box and lighting just right then key your subject in.
