What you want to look for in your export settings is “image sequence.” In Premiere, bring up the export window by hitting ctrl+m or cmd+m on mac, change the format to an image format like TIFF, PNG, or JPEG, then check “Export as Sequence” in the video tab. Click export and you’re on your way!
EDIT: I forgot to mention, if you’re unfamiliar with Premiere, you need to place your video clip on the timeline and trim it down to size before exporting.
