Well you could just refer to your manual (if you have a legit copy that is)
Otherwise there are a copy ways of doing it. 1, you could just insert a video velocity envelope and move the slidder down below 100. 2, (what I do) just highlight the clip you want to slowdown and hold control and drag out the length of the clip (ie: if your clip is 10sec then hold control and drag it out to 20sec giving it a play speed of 50%)
that dont help….all it does is play the clip over again
