Try exporting using a very high bit-rate (Mbps). Both YouTube and Facebook compress uploaded videos – Facebook’s compression is really bad. The higher the bit-rate going in, the better your results on the other side of compression. I would think that a bit-rate of 20 to 30Mbps would be a good starting point; then even higher if need be.
