To me, it’s your storage. A 7200-rpm spinning drive is dirt slow compared to a pair of RAIDed SSDs. That should help tremendously. I’d also bump up the RAM to 32GB. 16 is OK, but check your usage and see if it’s closing in on using it all up when you have all of your applications running. That video is going to use a lot of space. If you’re running out, the system has to swap between the hard drive, further slowing you down. Good luck!
