There is – but they are heavy and mega expensive. A Manfrotto is probably not up to the job. A gimbal mount and smaller camera could be useful if you want the horizon to remain horizontal. A gyro won’t help with vibration, just keeping the horizon level. Popular gyros for your size camera roll in at around three grand, although you might be able to hire one.
