One of the best websites with free Vegas stuff (including tutorials) is VASST (http://www.vasst.com). Douglas Spotted Eagle (and a host of others) have done a great job there.
Also, Johnny Roy Rofrano has a few really great ones up on his site (http://www.johnrofrano.com/videotutorials.htm).
