I've got a few of the older Flolight LED panels which I've been using for years. They are a bit on the green side but are super reliable, can power them with anything and have a resonable punch.
I've been recently tempted by some of the lights from LED-Z. http://www.led-z.com/ They have a variety of fixtures that might be worth you looking at.
Overall, there are pleanty of options in your price range. Let us know what you go with. 🙂
