In Final Cut, under the Au


In Final Cut, under the Audio Filters, I think there should be a "Hum Remover" filter (or at least in Final Cut Express). Simply play with the frequencies until it cuts out the hum/rumble.
If you have Final Cut Studio, you should have Soundtrack Pro. There is an application in there in which you select a moment of just the hum from your footage, and then Soundtrack Pro would cut it out from all your footage. I’m not sure about the details, but I remember seeing something about that feature.
