I’m looking for a good sof

I’m looking for a good software program that offers good graphics for titles and special effects. I’m using Vegas 4 for editing. I want add some nice special effects etc. I read up on Boris it looks pretty good but it’s pretty expensive. Does anyone have any recommendations. 😀
