If you want to save NTSC v

If you want to save NTSC video in the PAL format, it needs to be converted. Some editing applications may do it while others won’t. I use Canopus Procoder and it does a great job. Procoder is a higher end converter so its costly. I’m not sure whats available for lower cost or ever free transcoders.
