I would think that as long

I would think that as long as you’re not retaining and reselling the images, all you’re being paid for is your time/service to do the work.

The customer gets everything. Right?

If you were dealing with 8×10 wedding snapshots, and someone hired you to rearrange them in their photo album, no big deal.

Sounds like you’re doing the electronic equivalent.

In your computer example, chances are, when you were hired, you signed an agreement with the company that said, as a condition of employment, all rights stay with the company. Probably part of the job application or a follow-up HR form.

But you are 100% right- what we think probably doesn’t matter! πŸ™
