i want to know how to fix

i want to know how to fix the issue when playing back miniDV tape and horizontal lines appear….the only options ive read is to get a new camcorder or get it repaired but i read that it costs a lot of money to repair this particular problem….i sareched in google and many people have had this problem…..the problem is that the heads might be not aligned properly…i think we normal people could fix this issue..
