I reckon a wedding video would come under ‘Acceptable use’, and it’s not like you’d be profiting from it. I think if someone turned you in they would probably get ignored. Not 100% what the law is though. If it became a commercial success they may be someone tapping you on the shoulder for their share. 🙂
I suppose it’s just like inviting people round for a party and playing some cd’s all night. In both situations your broadcasting someone elses music to a large group of people.
