I hate double posting, but I need to add something…
If you DO plan on getting the footage yourself, you’ll need to invest in a telephoto lense and good tripod. It will, at the very least, allow you to get shots that appear close up without spooking the wildgame. I just did some work on a video for a fishing outfitter, there’s definitely an interesting flavor to that style of shooting, but I most definitely prefer a more structured schedule. It makes estimating cost and price much simpler.
