I am trying to be flexible with making money with video. I am selling my house and mentioned video to my realtor. He wants me to make a video of my house to help sell it and to see if he would like me to shoot videos of his listings in the future.
I was thinking of making them with QuickTime, but noticed that Phil’s is in Flash. Is Flash the preferable way to go for these? What do I need to make my videos for Flash?
