I agree videoman, I’ve seen the stuff at train hobby shops . it is expensive though…. up to $20.00 for a container, but it doesn’t smell either…
the spice rack at the dollar store, set you back a buck or two, and also the jul isle at the grocery store… you can get spice powders in many colours and textures… cheap… here is another example made with the same spices:
