– You can get an inexpensive PL to EF mount adapter and rent or buy Angenieux Optimos for $20,000 and up (each),

– You can rent or buy a Canon Cine Prime bundle for $14,000 and up, or

–  (this is what I would do) You can buy a set of Rokinon cine primes for around $1500.
