Do you have a video card installed into your computer?

If not, that is probably why it happened. A friend of my have the exactly the same problem and the picture won’t show, but only the audio works. It happened on both editing programs, Vegas and Pinnacle Studio.

She will take the computer out to have the video card installed then it should be ok by then….Hope so!
