According to brochures for the Panasonic models AG-DVC30 and AG-DVC60, they have a feature which allows superimposing the date/time onto the image as you’re shooting.
Quoting from their brochure:
This is especially useful and in many cases a
requirement for depositions, court reporting and surveillance
recordings. The date and time cannot be replaced during dubbing or
editing operations, as can happen with most other cameras.
