We’re excited to announce the winner of our Canon EOS RP giveaway, Frank Parquette!
A little about Frank
“I teach 6th through 12th-grade Computer Technology, Computer Graphics, Robotics and Videography/Broadcasting. I have been teaching in the same small private school for almost 25 years. I started the videography class with two Panasonic VHS cameras and one Casablanca editing machine. Technology has come a long way since then!
Videomaker has helped me keep up with new trends and technology. I find the information at Videomaker very helpful and use many of those tips in the classroom. Y’all do a great job!
I will use the Canon EOS RP around home, around town and in the classroom. I am excited that my students will get a chance to use a great camera like the Canon EOS RP!” – Frank Parquette
About the Canon EOS RP
Canon hit a home run with the EOS RP. Because of the price tag, fully articulating screen, separate headphone and mic inputs, it’s a hard camera to beat. Being able to tilt, move and rotate the monitor to avoid glare or just to be able to see your shot is a must. Another really neat feature in the RP is camera-controlled focus stacking. Called focus bracketing, the camera takes a picture and adjusts the focus for a set of pictures to be combined in post. This means you can shoot at a low f-number and control the amount in focus after the fact.
Watch our review to know what we think of all of the EOS RP’s features.
